What we organize to maintain our cohesion and identity
Members meet regularly to discuss association affairs, make collective decisions and maintain fraternal bonds. These meetings are an opportunity to share news from home, welcome new members and plan upcoming activities.
The tontine is a traditional collective savings system widespread in Africa. Each member contributes regularly, and the total amount is handed over in turn to one of the participants.
This mechanism allows each member to periodically have a significant sum to finance personal projects or cover major expenses.
The aid fund is fed by special contributions and donations from members. It provides financial support to members facing difficult situations: health problems, family emergencies, or temporary financial difficulties.
Preserving our culture is at the heart of the association's missions. We regularly organize events celebrating our Bamoum heritage: traditional celebrations, communal meals, music and dance sharing.
Arriving in Germany can be challenging. The association supports newcomers: university registration, housing search, administrative formalities, language courses.
